Consultation and Design:
- Meet with the client to understand preferences and design concepts.
- Create detailed sketches or digital renders and finalise the design.
Material Selection and Approval:
- Source high-quality materials like precious metals and gemstones.
- Educate the client on material characteristics and obtain approval.
Modeling and Casting:
- Develop a wax model or CAD rendering and cast the piece in the chosen metal.
- Alternatively if you are looking for a design to be handcrafted, one of our experienced craftsman will take the time to manipulate your chosen metal into its perfect form.
Gemstone Setting and Assembly:
- Set gemstones with precision using a microscope and GRS hand tools then assemble different components.
Finishing and Quality Control:
- Polish the jewellery, apply finishes, and conduct a thorough quality controlled inspection.
- Effective communication throughout the process ensures client satisfaction and allows for any necessary adjustments.
